Life of Loan
Life-of-Loan Service is available with every flood certification that USDS provides. This service guarantees that USDS will continue to track the flood status of the property for flood map revisions during the life of the loan. When a map is revised, USDS will reissue flood determinations for those loans affected. Life-of-Loan Service is fully transferable. |
