You agree to be bound by this Non-Disclosure and License Agreement. All Flood Wiz™ software, data and related written material, on disk, CD, Internet or any other media, received from Wolters Kluwer Financial Services|PCi collectively referred herein as the “Software”. You are permitted to have one username and password during your 7 day evaluation period. The Software is in use when you log on to the website using your assigned username/password. You may not sell, donate or transfer the Software or its license rights to any third party, outside of your organization, without written permission from Wolters Kluwer Financial Services|PCi.
You expressly agree that you will not, under any circumstances, permit any vendor or producer of software connected with FLOOD HAZARD compliance to use or view the Software. Further, you will not communicate any features or planned enhancements of the Software to any such vendor or producer.
