Title Services
The following products are available to protect institutions
and their clients from problems that might affect title ownership.
- Property
Report: Limited search of public records. Includes; current
property owner, tax info, legal description,
open mortgages, liens and judgments.
- Property Plus Report: Ordered for refinances and equity lines of credit. Includes
the information available in our traditional
property report, but is insured for the life of the loan
(transferable). It also carries an E&O policy assurance
once an agreement has been signed between the lender
and vendor.
- Last Vesting Deed: This report shows current owner,
legal descriptions, parcel id information, assessed
values on land
and improvements among other data.
- The Mortgage Loan Report (MLR): The
MLR is a credit-based report used for Home Equity, Seconds,
and Refinance mortgage loans. This unique product provides
lenders with a view of the borrower’s
secured mortgage liens as well as any reported judgments and public record
information. The completed MLR returns to the lender in 30 seconds, allowing
a lender to quickly make an underwriting decision on the loan.
