FEMA issued a notice on their website stating that the new form has not yet been approved. The form that is being used today is still valid until the new format has been approved. They also stated that flood determination companies have 6 months from the effective date to implement the new form. FEMA has said that only minor changes to the form are being proposed. The new form will be incorporated within Flood Wiz as soon as possible after the effective date.
