FEMA has released the updated Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form. You will notice that there is a new expiration date of December 31, 2011 at the top right portion of the form. The date at the bottom left of the form has been updated from Dec 05 to Dec 08. The initials SFHDF have been added at the top of the form as well. The updated form has been implemented within Flood Wiz at this time.
